As I write my first blog post, this is an exciting time. Our new website is only days away from being launched, and we are about to release an entirely new digital platform of learning and sharing. Several months ago, I purchased Psycho·Geometrics®, a communication tool I’ve worked with for almost 20 years. The past several months have been exhilarating and occasionally frustrating…very much a learning experience.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with hundreds of companies, helping hundreds of teams and thousands of people navigate their way through life, personally and professionally. I expect to fill the pages of this blog with items directly related to Psycho·Geometrics® and “communicating” your way through life.

When you read my blog, here’s what you need to do:
Put your filter on. Determine what’s meant for you and what’s not. I am not the expert of you, but I do have a lot of wisdom. Wisdom is defined as knowledge plus experience, and I want to share it with you.
“UBU” and don’t compare yourself to others. YOU are unique, and you are the right person. But to thrive, to survive, to be successful, or even significant, YOU have to be the right person in the right place that’s right for you. And even when you are in the wrong place, you can use that place to get to where you want to go. Little is big, and the mundane is connected to the miraculous.
Take ownership. Don’t let someone else or something else define success for you or determine what you will or won’t do. Because of or in spite of where you are or where you came from, you are in charge of yourself and your plan. If you don’t have your own plan, you will become part of someone else’s plan. Or worse yet, you will be used by someone who has a plan.
And finally, when you read my blog, here’s my promise to you:
I will care about you, but I will also be honest with you.
I will shoot straight with you. I will tell you things that people don’t always say or share. I will give you an inside advantage, a competitive advantage, when it comes to your survival, success, and significance in life. I have worked with executive leadership teams, representing just about every business unit that exists, from quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and finance to marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, distribution, human resources, and talent management. I will tell you in minutes what it has taken me a lifetime to learn.
I like to win. And the only way I win is if you win. This podcast is meant to be a win-win. I get a great deal of satisfaction from seeing other people be successful, and I am not talking about secular or worldly success. I am talking about your definition of success.
I am someone who strives to make a difference while I make a living. If I can help you survive the bad stuff, be successful with the good stuff, and inspire you with lessons learned from my own life and others to live a significant life, then I will consider this podcast to be a grand slam win! Now that you know what you can expect from my blog, the topic for my next few blogs is: change. Because of it, or in spite of it, how do you choose to manage it? If you don’t manage the changes in your life, whether you wanted them or not, someone or something else will manage them for you. It’s more than a mindset, it’s a strategy, and I will share it in my next few blogs on the topic of change.
Here’s to change – how to survive it, how to be successful because of it, and how to make a difference during it, and as a result of it.
